Why High Point?

High Point, North Carolina is the furniture capitol of the world. Over 60% of quality furniture is made in and around this area. In addition, The High Point International Furniture "Market" is held here twice a year making this area the "mecca" for furniture. Because of this concentration of manufacturing, we enjoy little to no inbound freight costs.  Over the years we have found we can sell large volumes of furniture at a minimal markup.

How do I place an order?

Call, fax or E-mail your sales person.   We require a 50% deposit by check.  We do not collect sales taxes on sales/shipments made outside the state of North Carolina.  This may be an additional savings to you.

How long will my order take?

Most orders are delivered between 3 and 12 weeks. We cannot control manufacturers' production schedules.  We should be able to give you a more accurate date after your order has been placed (usually about 14 working days).  Please keep in mind that fine furniture is hand crafted, not stamped out on a press and is subject to very human time tables.

How will my furniture be delivered?

For most customers, we'll contract your furniture delivery to a trucking company that specializes in delivering new furniture from North Carolina.   We do this on your behalf, they will contact you to schedule delivery and you pay them directly.  We estimate this cost for you, the final delivery bill may be lower or higher.

What if the furniture is defective or damaged?

No problem- items damaged in shipping is the responsibility of the delivery company- please inspect all merchandise before acceptance or signing for it. We will repair or replace defective items as per the manufacturer's warranty.
